BvS Producer Hints at Cyborg's Inclusion in The Flash Movie

"They have a really nice comradery with each other."

Ray Fisher's Cyborg may soon be joining forces with Ezra Miller[2]'s The Flash, if recent comments by Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice producer Deborah Snyder are any indication.

While speaking with Forbes[3] about the studio's upcoming slate of DC superhero films, Snyder hinted at Cyborg's inclusion in Warner Bros.' Flash solo feature, telling the outlet: "When we get to The Flash movie, Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher — who plays Cyborg — are kind of our youngest characters, and they have a really nice comradery with each other."

The producer went on to note that because "Ezra is super funny," fans can expect the tone of The Flash[4] to "be very different than the rest of them."

Snyder also highlighted the company's "director-driven" approach, which has made it "really important to get really good talent involved in these films." As such, "it's all about the director's point of view and what they can bring to it, so they feel unique and different, and the stories can be unique to the characters."

In addition to appearing in both Justice League films, Fisher will also star in his own standalone Cyborg film[5], which debuts in 2020. Earlier this week, director Zack Snyder offered a bit of insight into Cyborg's brief scene in Batman v Superman, confirming the inclusion of New Gods tech[6] within the DC Cinematic Universe.

The Flash is being directed by Seth Grahame-Smith and opens in theaters on March 16, 2018.
