A brilliant Knicks movie called 'Porzingod' debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival

It didn't take long for Kristaps Porzingis to convert the New York Knicks[1] fans who booed his selection at No. 4 overall in the 2015 NBA Draft.

The 7-foot-3 Latvian "unicorn" showed flashes of brilliance during his rookie campaign, averaging 14.3 points, 7.3 rebounds and nearly two blocks per game.

The Knicks don't have a 2016 draft pick. The 20-year-old many-named god is the future, and shall deliver Knicks fans and Madison Square Garden to the days of yore.

So say John Leguizamo and Adam Mucci in this somber (for Knicks fans, myself included) but hilarious short film by Conor Byrne that debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival last week. It's sprinked with Walt Frazier rhymes and Ewing's holy sweat and may leave you lusting for some "Go New York, Go New York Go!"

Now kick it back to the glory days:
