On May 28, Box Office Mojo reports[1] that "Jungle Book" (PG-older children-adults) and "Zootopia" (PG-older children-adults) are still strong in theaters. Fandango reports that "Ratchet and Clank" (PG- all ages), "Miracles From Heaven" (PG- all ages), "God's Not Dead 2" (PG- all ages), "Risen" ( PG-13, teens-adults) and "The Young Messiah" (PG 13- all ages) are still in theaters. These movies[2] continue as top family and re demptive picks in theaters for Memorial Day Weekend through the first week of June.

This weekend through the first week of June has a whirlwind of whirling, twirling exploding family films full of mayhem for older children, teens, and adults: "Alice Through the Looking Glass," (PG, older children-adults); " X-Men: Apocalypse"[3] ( PG-13, teens-adults), "Angry Birds" (PG- older children-adults); "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" (PG-13), "Captain America: Civil War"[4] (PG-13, older teens-adults), and "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" (PG 13, teens-adults). Most of these movies have moral and redemptive themes, but some have crass behavior and profanity. These movies reflect the violent mayhem and divisive conflict of in our world today.
