'Captain America: Civil War' and 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' receive four nods each in the movie category of the 2016 Teen Choice Awards.
It's a war between "Captain America: Civil War[1]" and "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice[2]" at the 2016 Teen Choice Awards. The Marvel and DC superhero movies collect four nominations apiece.
Both "Civil War" and "Batman v Superman" are nominated for favorite sci-fi/fantasy movie, favorite sci-fi/fantasy actor and actress. Chris Evans[3], Robert Downey Jr.[4] and Scarlett Johansson[5] represent "Civil War" while Henry Cavill[6], Ben Affleck[7] and Amy Adams[8] represent "Batman v Superman".
Other movies nominated for favorite sci-fi/fantasy include "The Fantastic Four[9]", "Star Wars: The Force Awakens[10]", "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2[11]" and "The Huntsman: Winter's War[12]".
Chris Hemsworth[13] and Josh Hutcherson[14] are up for favorite actor in sci-fi/fantasy genre. Charlize Theron[15], Jennifer Lawrence[16], Chloe Moretz[17] and Daisy Ridley[18] , meanwhile, are up for favorite actress in the same genre.
"Deadpool[19]", "In the Heart of the Sea[20]", "Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials[21] ", "Spectre[22]", "The Divergent Series: Allegiant[23]" and "The Jungle Book[24]" are up for favorite movie in action/adventure genre.
