Morgan is one of the most prolific goal-scorers of the US Women's National Team. The 2015 Women's World Cup pivotal star has also authored books intended for children.
Heavy reported that the endless support of Morgan's family members plays a major role in her massive success.
Before concentrating on soccer, Morgan has played different varieties of sports. Her father, Mike, practiced with her and coached her youth teams, while she was 10 years old. It was even though he did not know much about soccer.
Alex's mother has always been "loving, supportive and super positive." She encourages her even if she loses, whereas her father always wants her to be No. 1.
"I feel really lucky to have gotten to have both viewpoints. I got the best of both worlds," Morgan said about her mom's and dad's way of encouraging her career.
The soccer would race with her two sisters, Jennifer, and Jeri, who respectively six & four years older than her, down the street.
Morgan married Sporting Kansas City's Servando Carrasco. She met him while playing soccer at the University of California, on New Year's Eve in 2014. The two talented soccer players have been reported been dating each other, before marriage. The relationship has been easy for them as the beautiful Morgan and the handsome Carrasco are in the same lifestyle.
"We are both so happy, grateful and excited to start our lives together as Mr. and Mrs. Carrasco," and "I truly married my best friend," Morgan said.
Morgan wears her famous pink headband in support of Gloria Carrasco, her mother-in-law, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006. She eventually defeated cancer and remaining healthy.
