Two World Cup winners were introduced Tuesday at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, as Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta met U.S. women's national team striker Alex Morgan ahead of Barcelona's International Champions Cup clash with the Los Angeles Galaxy.
Iniesta, who scored the only goal in the 2010 World Cup final, swapped shirts with Morgan, a key member of the USA's successful 2015 Women's World Cup side, and shared a slightly awkward kiss.
Iniesta came off the bench at half-time, and Barcelona went on to secure a 2-1 win over the Galaxy, thanks to goals from Luis Suarez and Sergi Roberto.
Morgan later appeared on the late-night talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live, where she discussed the USWNT's World Cup win and her recent knee surgery.
