Star U.S. forward Alex Morgan played limited minutes during the early matches of the Women's World Cup, as she continues to heal from an untimely bone bruise in her left knee. But on Monday she came through big, scoring the first goal in the knockout-stage game against Colombia, and helping to ensure that the United States advanced to the quarterfinals on Friday against China.
Before Morgan headed to Canada for the World Cup she showed us how she warms up for a game. It involves a lot of front and diagonal hopping -- and if it gives us any of Morgan's speed and agility, we too will begin hopping, immediately.
